Alponi

White label design for agencies

Alponi is a white label design partner for marketing and digital agencies: senior brand, web and marketing design, delivered under your agency's name, from $2,495 a month. Your clients see your brand on every file, and the founder reviews every deliverable before it reaches you.

How white label design works with Alponi

You send briefs the way your team already works, through a shared request board or a Slack channel. Alponi designs against your client's brand, delivers files with no Alponi branding in them, and you present the work as your own. First versions arrive in 24 to 48 hours, with up to two revision rounds per request on Flex.

It is a white label design subscription rather than a per-project vendor: no quotes, no SOW for each job, and one monthly price that stays the same however many client requests run through the queue.

Which plan fits resale

  • Flex, $2,495 a month: unlimited requests worked one at a time. Fits agencies whose design demand comes and goes with client work.
  • Embedded 40h, $3,500 a month: 40 hours of dedicated time and parallel work. Marketing teams treating us as a fractional design partner. Small load.
  • Embedded 80h, $5,500 a month: 80 hours of dedicated time and parallel work. Marketing teams with steady, high-volume design roadmaps.
  • Embedded 120h, $8,500 a month: 120 hours of dedicated time and parallel work. Treat us as a full design department on demand.

The margin math, with real prices

Say an agency bills a client $4,000 a month for ongoing design and fulfils it on Flex at $2,495. The gross margin is $1,505 a month, about 38%, before the agency's own account time. Two clients with overlapping demand on one Embedded 80h retainer ($5,500) at $4,000 each leaves $2,500. These are examples, not quotes: your pricing to clients is yours to set.

Who does the work

Alponi is founder-led. Abdul Rehman runs every agency account and reviews every file before delivery. Production runs through a small group of trusted senior collaborators matched to the work: brand identity, web design and Webflow or Framer builds, and marketing design. You get one point of contact, not a rotating pool.

What white label covers, and what it doesn't

  • Covered: logo and identity, brand guidelines, landing pages and marketing sites, ad creative, social content, pitch decks, email and print, the same 16 services direct clients get
  • Covered: files and Figma sources handed over with ownership transferring on payment, so you can hand them to your client
  • Not covered: heavy 3D, VFX and live-action video
  • Not covered: client-facing account management under your agency's name; you stay the client's point of contact

Frequently asked questions.

What is white label graphic design?

White label graphic design is design work produced by one studio and delivered to the end client under another company's brand, usually an agency's. The end client deals only with the agency and never sees the studio behind the work.

Will my clients know Alponi did the work?

No. Files carry no Alponi branding, and Alponi does not contact your clients. You present, own and deliver the work under your agency's name.

How much does white label design cost?

Alponi's white label design runs on the same plans as direct work: Flex at $2,495 a month for unlimited requests one at a time, or Embedded retainers at $3,500, $5,500, $8,500 a month for 40, 80, 120 hours.

How fast is turnaround for agency work?

Most requests get a first version in 24 to 48 hours, with replies in under an hour during US business hours (9am to 5pm ET), so you can hold client deadlines.

Who owns the files?

Your agency does, once paid. Full rights and Figma source files transfer to you, so you can pass them to your client.

Can we try it on one client first?

Yes. New clients can start with a 2-week trial at 50% off, which is enough to run a real client request through the queue.
