How fast is "24-48 hours" really?
Most requests get a v1 within 36 hours during US business days. Complex jobs (full landing page, deck) split into milestones so you see progress every day.
Where is your team based?
Our designers are based in Pakistan. Account management runs on US business hours. Replies in under an hour from 9am-5pm EST. There are at least 4 hours of live overlap with US East every day.
What if I don't like the work?
Up to 2 rounds of revisions per request, included. If we miss the brief, we redo it on us.
Who owns the work?
You do. Full IP transfers to you on payment. Source files (Figma) included.
Do you do video / 3D / illustration?
Light motion (animated banners, social cuts) and supporting illustration. Yes. Heavy 3D, VFX, or live-action video. No, we'll point you to specialists.
Do you do white-label work for agencies?
Yes. Your clients never see us. Same pricing structure.
