Call and written plan
A 15-minute call covers what you sell, how you ship and which markets you sell to. You receive a written plan with the theme approach, the setup list and a clear price.
Design the store
Designers lay out the home page, collection pages and product pages in Figma for desktop and phone, so you approve the store before it is built.
Build and load
We build the theme, load products and variants, connect payments, shipping and taxes, and test checkout end to end on a preview link before you review it.
Launch and hand over
We run the launch checklist, switch on tracking and hand over written notes on adding products, running discounts and handling orders.

How much does it cost to build a Shopify store?
Every store is quoted after a 15-minute call, based on the theme, the number of products and the setup it needs. You get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts.
Should we use a custom theme or a premium theme?
A tailored premium theme suits most new brands: it is quicker to launch and still looks like yours once the layout, type and color are set up properly. A custom theme makes sense when your products or brand need layouts a premium theme cannot handle. We recommend one on the call.
How long does it take to launch a Shopify store?
It depends on the theme and how many products need loading, and the timeline is set in the written plan before work starts. First design versions usually arrive within 24 to 48 business hours.
Can you move our store to Shopify from another platform?
Yes. We move products, customers and content, set up redirects so old links keep working, and test checkout before the old store is switched off. The move is scoped and priced in the written plan.
Who owns the store and the theme?
You do. The store is set up in your own Shopify account, premium themes are licensed in your name, and you own the custom designs and files once paid. Apps are billed to you directly, so you always see what the store costs to run.
