What's included

Alponi is an agency that designs and builds mobile apps for iOS and Android, written once in React Native so both stores ship from one codebase, with sign-in, payments, push notifications and the backend included. We go fully native only when the app needs it. The same team designs the screens, builds the app and can run the launch marketing, and the founder reviews every build before it reaches you.

Who it's for

Founders whose product only makes sense on a phone, such as booking, on-demand services or field work

Businesses with a web product whose customers keep asking for an app

Companies with an existing app that no longer builds on the latest iOS or Android release

How it works

Call and written plan

A 15-minute call covers who uses the app, where they use it and what should happen offline. You receive a written plan with the scope, the stack, the store requirements and a clear price.

Design for both platforms

Designers build the screens in Figma and share a clickable prototype you can open on your own phone, so you approve the app before the build starts.

Build with test builds

Developers build in React Native with the backend alongside it. Test builds go out through TestFlight and Google Play internal testing, so you can try the app on real devices as the work moves.

Submit, launch and hand over

We submit to both stores under your accounts and handle the review back and forth. You get written notes on how the app is built and released, and the same team can prepare store screenshots and launch campaigns.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to build a mobile app?

Every app is quoted on the call. The written quote covers the design, the app, the backend and the store submissions, so you see the full scope and price before anything starts.

Should we build a native app or a cross-platform app?

For most businesses, React Native is the right call: one codebase, two platforms and faster updates. We recommend fully native development only when the app depends on features that cross-platform tools handle poorly, and we explain why on the call.

How long does it take to build an app?

It depends on the scope, and the timeline is set in the written plan before work starts, including time for store review. Larger apps are split into stages, so a first version can reach testers early while later features follow.

Who owns the app and the developer accounts?

You do. The Apple and Google developer accounts are opened in your name, the code lives in a repository under your account, and you own the code, the designs and the files once paid.

Can you take over an app another company built?

Yes. We start with a short review of the code, the backend and the store accounts, tell you what is worth keeping and what is holding you back, and then fix, extend or rebuild in the order that matters most.

How it's quoted

Every build starts with a 15-minute call and a written plan: what we'll build, the stack, the stages and a clear price. Nothing starts until you've agreed it, and you own the code, the designs and the files once paid.
