Flex is the subscription version: unlimited requests, 24–48 hour turnaround, $2,495/mo. The first request usually pays for the month. Sprint customers get $300 off the first month.
Sprint FAQ.
Can I add scope after I start?
No. Sprints are fixed so we can stay fast. If you need more, we'll quote a Flex add-on at delivery. Same team, no re-onboarding.
What if I don't like the work?
Up to 2 rounds of revisions per sprint. If we miss the brief, we redo it on us. If after revisions you still hate it, we refund 50%. No drama.
Who owns the work?
You do. Full commercial license on payment. Source files (Figma) included so you can extend later. With us or anyone.
What if I need it in 24 hours?
Rush surcharge: +$150 on top of any sprint. Mention the deadline in your inquiry. We'll confirm capacity on the 15-min call before sending the payment link.
Can I run multiple sprints at the same time?
Yes. Order 2 or 3 in one go. They run in parallel with separate designers. Same SLA on each.
How is this different from Flex or Embedded?
Sprints are one-and-done. Flex is unlimited requests on subscription ($2,495/mo). Embedded is a dedicated designer at retainer ($3,500+/mo). Many clients start with a sprint, upgrade once they see the work.
Can I see examples of past sprints?
Yes — book a 15-minute call and we'll share work relevant to your project. Selected sprint work also goes up in the portfolio as clients approve it for publication.
Where is the team based?
