What to expect on the call
- You talk first. What you're working on, what's broken
- We ask 5–6 questions to understand fit
- We walk through how we'd solve it (Flex or Embedded)
- You ask whatever you need to ask
- If we're a fit, we send a proposal within 24 hours
- If we're not, we tell you and recommend someone who is
Things you don't need to bring
- ·A finished brief. You can think out loud
- ·Budget approval. We'll talk numbers, not lock anything
- ·Specific examples. Describe in your own words
- ·A decision. That's for after the proposal
